Anton Stetner is the founder and lead advisor of RESG (Real Estate Solutions Group), a Keller Williams North Sound team serving Snohomish County and the greater Puget Sound region. For more than two decades, he's helped clients buy, sell, invest in, and evaluate real estate across Washington — going well beyond the traditional agent role to guide clients through pricing, negotiation, investment strategy, land potential, tax considerations, and long-term wealth impact.

Anton built RESG around a simple belief: real estate is rarely just a transaction — it's often one of the biggest financial and lifestyle decisions a person will make. Whether someone is selling a home, evaluating land, repositioning an investment, or just trying to understand their options, his goal is to bring honest, strategic guidance to the table.

His approach blends local market experience with investor-level analysis, development knowledge, and a trusted network of lenders, contractors, and advisors — giving clients more than a listing search, but a real understanding of the bigger picture. Anton is especially focused on Snohomish County real estate, high-value and complex properties, investment opportunities, and land development, and he leads the RESG team with an emphasis on service, preparation, and long-term relationships.
