Growing up in Minnesota, I learned from my Grandfather and Father how to work hard at a young age. After graduating high school in Forest Lake, I joined the United States Navy and served right here in Washington. Since 2004 I’ve lived here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest which I consider home. While in Washington I became a Father, blessed with an amazing Son, Devon. We like many outside activities and enjoy being involved in the community.
Growing up in the construction industry has given me valuable insight into the real estate market. I have also achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship in my late 20’s while working full time supporting my family. My life experience, training through school and Keller Williams has allowed me to be a great asset in CMA analysis, marketing, and understanding market conditions. Most importantly, I believe in continuing my education on a regular basis to provide you with the most up to date information and strategies for marketing your home. I will always strive to go above and beyond while serving you.
Here is a quick story to illustrate one aspect that separates me from the typical Realtor. In the late summer of 2016 I had already committed to hold an open house for another agent. As the day approached I was feeling ill. I noticed the open house was already advertised on the MLS. After two ER visits in the two previous days the doctor told me it was just a non-contagious virus. He told me to drink plenty of water and rest. I did that and still did not feel well, but I held that open house anyway because I said I would.
This story is just one testament of how my beliefs affect my values. I will do for you exactly as I say. In conclusion, when hiring me as your Realtor, you will receive straightforward information you can trust and count on. I can also be a valuable resource for your friends and family for years to come when you choose me. In short, I bring the real to Realtor.
