    Born in Tacoma, I lived there until 1987 when I went to Arizona to go to school. I attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute and graduated with honors from Honda Pro, Harley Davidson and was the top of my class in the first ever Harley Davidson Early Model school. I was there for so long an instructor said I should have my own parking place.

    After graduation I went to work for a Honda dealership in Prescott. A nice city but I missed the Pacific Northwest. I landed a job at a well-known Harley Dealership in Skagit County and moved up to Whidbey Island. I worked there for a year and then went to work for two different dealerships in the Federal Way Area. I was trying to get back to Tacoma. The last dealership I worked at sold and I moved on. I then came to Snohomish County and landed a spot at the Harley Davidson dealership in Lynnwood. I worked there for about 3 years and an old dream of mine emerged. I had wanted to invest in Real Estate for years and had bought and sold several homes on my own. I have always worked in some job that required customer service and Real Estate I thought would be a way to help people in a direct way. A way that has a major impact on people’s lives. I spoke with my family and they supported me. I then went to my Service manager at the dealership and told him what I was thinking. He thought it was a great idea and told me he wondered what I was doing there anyway. He always thought I could be more. So with that I quit the Motorcycle tech job and received a gift of a shiny new briefcase from the service manager and my friend to this day. That was in 1995. I still have that briefcase. I used that briefcase to help many people at that company buy and sell homes since then.

    Realizing my early dream of becoming a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Tech was a major goal of mine. It required overcoming monumental financial and personal obstacles. I had to sell my home, arrange for a place to live and work while I went to school. I identified what the goal was, listed what needed to be done and did it. I excelled in school and realized my dream.

    I have found that people with goals involving Real Estate require much the same effort. I have been honored to help many people reach those goals and make a difference in their lives.

    I have been involved in transactions with Residential New Construction and Resale, Commercial Sales and Leases, Lease Options, Contract Sales, Land and Development.
    I always have one thing in mind.

    I want to help my clients be as informed as possible so they can make decisions that are right for them. That may mean that I don't list their home for sale or that they don't buy a home right now. But with my help and consultation they will be able to make that decision and it will be the right decision for them.
