Home Prices In Marysville WA - January 2023
Real estate in Marysville, WA is always changing, and the stats from January 2023 are no exception.
According to recent data, the average home price in Marysville has decreased 18.7% since the peak in May 2022, averaging $552,767. But is still 15.7% higher than January 2021!

The number of days a home spent on the market was up, averaging 35 days, compared to 12 days in January 2022.
This may seem high, but it is actually very normal! We believe this number will come back down, but probably not to the record numbers during the peak of May 2022 when we saw average of 7 days on the market.
In addition, the measure of homes for sale (known as inventory) was up to 1.1, which is 114.3% higher than it was in January 2022, but still historically low.
This keeps us in a sellers market even though the market is not currently behaving that way.
