Let's start with the average price in Snohomish County. We all know that the real estate market in Snohomish County is one of the most sought-after in the area. And this October is no different! The average price has increased by 2.63% from October 2021. That's right, folks! The real estate market in Snohomish County continues to soar, and the average price is just one indicator of its success.



Next, we have the days on market. How long does it take for a home to sell in Snohomish County? Well, October 2022, it took an average of 30 days. This is an increase of 85.7% from October 2021. This may seem like a high number, but these are NORMAL numbers! Homes are flying off the shelves, and buyers are eager to get their hands on a piece of this real estate pie!



Finally, we have the months supply pending. This number tells us how many months it would take for the current inventory of homes for sale to sell if no new homes were added to the market. In October 2022, the months supply pending averaged 0.9, which is 40% higher from October 2021. This also may seem high, but in fact is still very low. This just goes to show how fast the market is moving and how hot the demand is for real estate in Snohomish County.
